This woman's videos in 2018 got me thinking about my daily habits. I also became a vegan, quit sugar, dairy and wheat. It was a drastic change as I followed everything to the letter. I don't know if I will ever get to meet her, but I am sure that we will meet in heaven. Just to say thank you. I am now reading Ellen White's books and the bible seriously. God bless Barbara O'neil's ministry. I pray for her more than ever before.

I watched this video while looking for information for my husband. It gave me a lot of questions to think about, rather than answers about his condition.

I watched this video when it first came out, and now, 3 months later, I'm back to share my thoughts. My sweet grandma has been struggling with dementia, so this is a subject close to my heart. I appreciated the chance to hear another perspective, though an interview can't tell us what will help her.

My uncle has been going through something similar, so I understand why this subject means so much to families. It's a lot to take in.

Hold on… I've been reading all these comments and can see how personal this topic is for so many families. Now that I'm over 50, I've been more aware of how often I forget things. I'd like to understand more, without expecting a video to provide all the answers.

Thank you so much, Doug, for standing with Barbara and having her on Amazing Facts. I had the chance to meet her in person — she's incredibly kind and thoughtful

I honestly didn't know what to expect when I clicked on this interview. I'd seen Barbara's name pop up a few times in the past, but I never really paid attention. This topic feels personal because my mom has been having memory issues lately. As I watched, I kept thinking about what we've been going through as a family — the forgetfulness, the mood swings, the confusion. After finishing the video, I called my sister to talk about it. There's a lot for us to understand, and I don't want to jump to conclusions about the cause or expect a simple solution from an interview.

I always thought my forgetfulness was just part of getting older. Watching this video left me with more questions about memory and everyday habits. I'd like to understand the evidence behind the explanations before drawing any conclusions.

I was skeptical at first, but the way she broke it down… it really makes you think. Kinda scary, actually.

Just finished watching this and it gave me a lot to think about. My father has been having memory difficulties lately, so this subject is very personal to me. I want to learn more without assuming the video explains what's happening to him.

Same here — I didn't expect to feel this way after a YouTube video. It's honestly worth watching until the end, it explains so much!

Honestly, I was skeptical. There are so many health claims online, but I wanted to listen to the interview and think it through. Comments alone aren't enough for me to judge those claims.

Exactly how I felt! It's not hype, it's simple, well-explained, and makes so much sense when you hear her talk.

I've followed Barbara for years, but this interview felt different. It felt like she really opened up and spoke in a way that someone like me — with no medical background — could follow. I'm 62 and lately I've noticed how my memory isn't what it used to be. This topic raised some questions for me. I've shared the video with my siblings and close friends as something to discuss, not as an answer to our health concerns.

I couldn't finish this video without tears in my eyes. My grandmother battled dementia for almost eight years, and I was one of the people who took care of her every day. I remember how painful it was when she forgot my name or didn't know where she was. Watching an interview about memory brings back a lot of those feelings. I can't know whether anything discussed here would have changed her experience. I just know how much understanding and support matter to families going through this.
